This notice covers the Rentline documentation and the Rentline support form.
Who we are
Transactful makes the Rentline theme. It is a company incorporated in Canada.
What we collect
- When you send the support form, we receive your name, email address, store URL, your message and the files you attach. We use them only to answer your request.
- We keep support messages for as long as we need them to support you, and then we delete them.
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sends the form.
We do not sell personal data, and these pages have no advertising trackers.
