We offer at 30 day full refund policy from the time your credit card is charged. Just head to our refund page at https://refund.transactful.com and request a refund. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours or less, and you should see your refund posted to your credit card within 7-10 days. After 30 days, we will prorate the amount of refund to the time remaining on your subscription period.
When you sign up, we do not require any credit card details from you. You will see a notice in the dashboard that you are trialing the app. You will also see how many days are left in the trial. We will send you 1 or 2 emails when your trial is almost up to remind you to enter credit card details. If you do not sign up after the trial has ended, all refund pages created under your account will be deactivated.
You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again at your next billing cycle. If you have an active plan, the plan will continue to be active until your next billing cycle. If for whatever reason you require a refund for the time unused, we will prorate the amount of refund to the time remaining on your subscription period.
We accept most payment options available through Stripe, our payment processor.
