What Champ does
On your store’s own address
The forum runs on your shop’s domain, not on a separate site, so visits and search traffic stay with your store.
In your theme
The forum uses your theme’s header, menu and footer. Set colours, fonts and logo in the Champ dashboard, with no code.
One sign-in for customers
Customers sign in with the account they already shop with. There is no second account to create.
Moderation and spam control
Approve posts before they appear, add moderators, and let the built-in spam protection catch the rest.
Members-only spaces
Make forums that only some customers can see, and let members send each other private messages.
Reasons to come back
Points and a leaderboard for active members, plus photos, polls, tags, reactions, search and email alerts.
