How billing works

• Assay Professional starts with a 7-day free trial. After it, charges appear on your Shopify bill. Assay never asks for a card.
• You choose monthly or annual billing, and can change or cancel any time.
• To change plan, open Plan in Assay and click Switch to this plan or Change plan. Shopify’s own plan page opens, where Free is also a choice.

Moving back to Free

The GARAN labels you have set stay on your products. Layout options return to the defaults: the notice uses the width from Assay’s Notice page, and a compact GARAN label shows as the full label. The notice itself never stops showing because of a plan change.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling Assay ends any paid plan. See Uninstalling and your data.
